Priority List

Our priority list has been devised to offer various levels of emergency to suit the level of repair required. Charges are applied according to the priority level. 

  • P0 – Out of hours – highest priority
  • P1 – Attendance within 2 working hours
  • P2 – Attendance within 24 working hours
  • P3 – Attendance within 5 working Days
  • P4 – Attendance within 1 month
  • P5 – Planned work – No Timescale, no priority charge

Our Reactive Maintenance Service is for schools and commercial buildings located in Somerset who wish to have a trusted contractor on call for buildings maintenance.

Sectors covered

When working with schools, J.Bailey & Sons Ltd are mindful of the school term calendar and can pre-book building and maintenance work to fit around school holidays. Likewise, if a maintenance issue arises during term time, our experienced DBS-checked team will find a solution which adheres to statutory compliance as well as health and safety requirements.

Rest assured, our team adhere to all legal requirements regarding child protection and health and safety so that your school can remain open should an issue arise during term time. Maintenance works are always completed in a safe, compliant environment.

This same high level of service is also delivered for large commercial buildings. If you would like to have our experienced team to be on call for when a maintenance issue arises at your commercial building or school, please contact us to discuss our 12-monthly contracts and access to our emergency out-of-hours service.

If it is possible to complete the repair on an emergency attendance we will endeavor to do so. If this is not possible we will make arrangements to return when convenient.
