- Gas safety checks - J.Bailey & Sons Ltd are listed on the Gas Safe Register so all works meet safety and compliance requirements and standards.
- Boiler tests - Annual gas boiler tests are a legal requirement under the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998. All of our team are registered Gas Safe engineers and will perform inspections every 12 months.
- Electrical installation testing (EICR) - Our qualified team provide a formal inspection of your buildings’ fixed wiring and electrical systems identifying any faults such as damage, safety defects or deterioration in the system.
- Asbestos Management - We can assist the school or commercial property owner with their Asbestos Management Plan (AMP) We will detail the location of the asbestos and help create a plan to manage any risks.
