Our 'React' service is a property maintenance and servicing contract that we can offer to any establishment.

Over the past 15 years we have worked with Somerset County Council providing a range of services for educational establishments, including responsive repairs and maintenance to a large proportion of the county maintained properties. Based on this experience we have built a maintenance package that can be tailored to meet the individual needs of any establishment.

Most recently schools have opted for a service from us to carry out the repairs contract direct to them, many have also taken up or statutory compliance monitoring package. This provides peace of mind that all the statutory checks are being completed within the recommended timescale, leaving the establishment to focus on the educational needs of the pupils whilst safe in the knowledge that our fully DBS checked staff are providing a first class service.
