Our reactive maintenance department is dedicated to provide a fast and reliable service for minor emergency repairs.
Our highly experienced staff are here to assist you for all those tasks that require a priority attendance. We operate six levels of attendance timescales, these are -
Priority 0 - Out of Hours (see 24hr emegency service)
Priorty 1 - Within 2hrs (for calls logged before 3pm)
Priority 2 - Within 24hrs (same day if call logged before noon)
Priority 3 - Within 5 working days
Priority 4 - Within 20 working days
Priority 5 - Planned repairs (See planned maintenance)
We are able to offer preferential rates on a contract basis, for any larger establishment wishing to have piece of mind when it comes to property faults and breakdowns. This is a 12 month minimum contract, which includes access to our Out of Hours emergency service. Please see the 'React' page for more information.
