Property Services

Our Property Services team is highly skilled in the effective management of reactive and planned maintenance contracts.

We are currently maintaining over 100 schools, libraries and public buildings in the NE and SE of Somerset on behalf of the county council. We are successfully in our 6th year of partnering with the county of which we have a built up a trusting and reliable service.

Property services cover maintenance works for social housing customers such as Housing 21, Mendip Housing and Western challenge. Property Services also maintain Ministry Of Defense housing near Yeovilton. These works involve reactive and void maintenance to over 80 properties on behalf of Western Challenge Housing Association.

We have forged a long term relationship with Mendip District Council of whom we have provide services now for over 15 years and provided partnering contract arrangements. More recently we have become an approved contractor for Wincanton Group where we carry out reactive and planned works to over 20 industrial and commercial buildings for their defense sector situated in Yeovil.

The team specializes in planned maintenance and refurbishing contracts ranging from 5k-100K. These projects would include;

• Commercial – Office refurbishment or fit out, general alterations and improvement works, Disability adaptations.


• Education – General alterations and improvements, Disability Adaptations.


• Social Housing – Kitchen and Bathroom modernization, disability adaptations, UPVC windows and Doors, general alterations and adaptations

Property Services has a wealth of experience, knowledge and expertise to undertake a diverse number of maintenance and planned contracts and have demonstrated this through our successful relationships with our current clients and our ability to provide an excellent end product.
